1. Anyone under the age of 23 can participate.

2. Participants submit a video link of their praise performance and the application form (below).

3. Instrumental (classical or indigenous) or vocal praise are allowed. Solo, ensemble, or choir (over 20 people) can participate.

4. Participants* may submit up to 2 performances. The total length of the video(s) must not exceed 7 min. (*Choir must submit 2 performances, of which at least one song in English. Total length of the videos must not exceed 9 min. for choir.) Use your time wisely to show your spirituality, musicality, and talent.

5. The video must be a one-shot video taken by a single camera without any edits after filming. Edited videos will be disqualified.

6. The chosen songs, especially instrumental performances, should have a clear gospel message, like arrangements of well-known hymns or praise music.

7. Global deadline is end of October, unless specified by local coordinator for your city.

8. Starting from 2024, there will be no Gold, Silver, or Bronze prize. Instead, we will invite participants with strong performances to a Winner's Recital (if held in their city). Special awards, including scholarships, may be awarded to participants who achieve exceptional results.

9. NPSS has the full right to showcase the submitted videos on its YouTube channel.

10. NPSS will select one participant from each continent as “Special Winners,” who may be invited to perform internationally in the future (under the right circumstances).

11. There is no application fee this year.

12. The music teacher’s bank information is needed. The NPSS scholarship will be awarded to the music teacher to provide lessons. We prefer WorldRemit or Paypal accounts (teacher pays any transaction fees that might occur). Without this information, we will not be able to award the scholarships to the winner (you will still receive the certificate). If a coordinator of a city or a country can distribute the awards to the participants, you don’t need to send us this info.)

13. The winner of a previous festival can participate and be awarded. However, if the award is equal or lesser value as their previous award, the participant will not receive the scholarship. For example, if the previous year's Gold award recipient receives a Grand prize, they will receive the scholarship; however, if they receive Gold, Silver, or Bronze, they will be awarded but will not receive the scholarship.

5. 동영상은 하나의 카메라로 한번에, 후 편집 없이 촬영해야 합니다. 촬영 후 편집한 영상은 정확한 심사가 불가능하므로 실격처리됩니다.

6. 기악찬양은 잘 알려진 찬송가 편곡처럼 복음메세지가 분명한 곡이어야 합니다.

7. 접수마감일은 지역 코디네이터의 별다른 통지가 없다면 10월 말입니다.

8. 2025년부터는 금, 은, 동상이 없습니다. 대신, 뛰어난 연주를 보여준 참가자들을 우승자 리사이틀에서 연주할 수 있도록 초대할 것입니다 (해당 도시에서 개최되는 경우). 특별히 우수한 성적을 거둔 참가자에게는 장학금을 포함한 특별상이 수여될 수 있습니다.

9. 새찬양후원회는 제출된 동영상의 모든 권리를 소유하며 입상자들의 동영상은 유튜브채널에 발표합니다.

10. 새찬양후원회는 각 대륙에서 특별입상자를 선발합니다. 특별입상자들은 안전한 여행이 가능한 미래에 다른 나라에서 초청연주를 할 수 있습니다.

11. ​올해 참가비는 없습니다.

12. 새찬양장학금을 수여하기 위한 참가자의 음악선생님 은행정보가 필요합니다. 선생님의 WorldRemit, 또는 Paypal 구좌를 신청서에 적어주세요. (발생할 수 있는 수수료는 선생님이 부담합니다.) 만약 신청서에 선생님의 은행정보가 없으면 입상자 상장은 발급되지만 장학금은 받을 수 없습니다. (그 도시나 국가의 코디가 전담해서 보내는 경우는 예외입니다.)

13. 전년도 입상자는 금년에 참가하여 상을 받을 수 있습니다. 그러나 그 전과 같거나 낮은 상을 받은 경우 장학금은 받지 않습니다. 예를들어 전년도 금상 수상자는 대상을 받으면 장학금을 받지만 같은 금상, 또는 은상이나 동상을 받으면 상은 받되 장학금은 받지 못합니다.
